I’m an Innovation Leader in Sustainable Food Production.
Co-founded EverGrain by AB InBev*, pioneering and scaling sustainable proteins and fibres from upcycled brewer's grains.Led an agile team of mavericks to commercial growth with 50+ successful partnerships, from the largest FMCGs to pioneer entrepreneurs, securing 40m € to scale business.Champion of consumer-centric and circular innovations, leveraging my engineering & commercial background for more than 10+ years and a PhD in Innovation from ETH Zurich & Aarhus University.
